FUNDING AND MERCHANDISE REQUEST
The Usama Young Youth Foundation (UYYF) is committed to STAYING FOCUSED on facilitating its 3 core initiatives, which include an annual football and cheer camp, motivational speaking series and a school based afterschool enrichment program. We know that team work is important, so we're looking for a few good men... and women too.
 
Do you have a cool idea?  Are you commited to the community? Then you're just who we're looking for. If you are a member of a non profit or community service based organization, let us know how we can help.
 
Submit your one page proposal for your next community service initiative and we just might join you. We love partnering with organizations involved in the community and who fit our mission of catering to youth. If there is a youth project that you are trying to fund and a way that Usama can become involved, submit a synopsis of the following:

• Background of Organization
• Purpose of Project (Please include date)
• Goals & Objectives
• Type of Request:  Funding or Merchandise
• Estimated Funding Needed (Include how the funds will be used)
• Merchandise Donation (Include type, quantity and how the merchandise will be used)
• Describe how Usama can become hands on with the project
